In order to promote better understanding towards the sport of auto racing, in order to promote better sportsmanship within the ranks of auto racing, in order to do everything possible to improve all of auto racing. We, the Hoosier Auto Racing Fans have banded together to actively support all forms of competitive auto racing regardless of sanction or affiliation.
